Mini-budget: Conservatives 'not into politics of envy'
The Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Chris Philp, has been defending the tax cuts announced by the government, amid accusations from Labour that the measures are "reckless".
Speaking to BBC Breakfast, he insisted that taxes had been cut for everyone as part of a plan to get the economy growing.
