Sir Keir Starmer: Labour 'likely to move on' from abolishing tuition fees

Sir Keir Starmer says that Labour is "likely to move on" from its commitment to abolish tuition fees for university students in England.

Speaking to BBC Radio 4's Today programme ahead of local elections, Sir Keir said the party would set out a "fairer solution" and was looking at other options.
