Starmer on Uxbridge: Ulez was the reason we did not win
The Labour leader was pressed on what he meant by the need to "reflect" on expanding London's Ultra Low Emission Zone (Ulez).
Sir Keir Starmer said there was "no doubt" the issue was the reason his party failed to win the Uxbridge and South Ruislip by-election.
In Yorkshire, he told BBC political editor Chris Mason that Labour needed to listen but it was "too early say what should happen next".
