Dutch courage for Scots cyclists

Transport leaders are turning to the Dutch for advice on how to achieve a target of getting 10% of journeys made by bike by 2020.

Cycling Scotland has called on the government to invest 10% of the transport budget in cycling initiatives at a major conference in Edinburgh.
