Storm Henry closes in over Glasgow

Schools have been closed and transport disrupted across Scotland as Storm Henry sweeps in with gusts close to 90mph.

The Met Office has issued amber "be prepared" warnings for wind across most of the country until tomorrow morning.

Gusts of 70-80mph are expected with 90mph possible on the west coast.

Weather forecasters have predicted the worst of the weather will hit on Monday night and in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
