Scottish Lib Dem leader Willie Rennie makes pledges on health

The leaders of the main political parties in Scotland have asked for three reasons why health care is safe in their hands.

Scottish Liberal Democrat leader Willie Rennie says his party will put power back in the hands of doctors and nurses, recruit 740 additional GPs and will give greater priority to mental health.
