Scottish Labour Party pledges on education

The leaders of the main political parties in Scotland have been asked how they will improve education.

Scottish Labour Party leader Kezia Dugdale says her party will add 1p on all rates of income tax for education, that funding will be given to head teachers to spend as they see fit, and will keep university tuition free of fees.
