A potential strike by hundreds of workers at Glasgow and Aberdeen airports has been called off.
Unite members had rejected proposed changes to the pension schemes operated by airport owners AGS.
A new pension scheme offer will now be made to staff following talks. A ballot for strike action had been due to close on Wednesday.
Security staff, those in airfield operations and firefighters were likely to have been involved.
