Scotland's iconic buildings recreated in cake
Dumbarton Castle and the Skye Bridge are among Scotland's buildings to have been recreated in cake form.
Amateur and professional bakers took part in Stirling's Cake Fest, external as part of the 2016 Festival of Architecture and Design, external.
Organisers said they wanted a fun way to highlight the importance of the country's architecture so drew up a shortlist of 100 structures for bakers to choose from.
Celia Richardson told BBC Scotland's arts correspondent Pauline McLean that, she spent weeks making Madeira cake for Dumbarton Castle and spent almost two days putting it together, in honour of Dyslexia Scotland president Sir Jackie Stewart who is from the town.
