Kezia Dugdale promises to vote against any indyref2 plan

Kezia Dugdale has vowed to vote against any proposal for a second independence referendum in the lifetime of the current Holyrood parliament.

The Scottish Labour leader told delegates gathered at the UK party conference in Liverpool that Brexit had caused enough uncertainty for Scotland: "We do not need the risk and uncertainty of another independence referendum."
