Watchdog critical of college shake-up in Scotland

Scotland's colleges are facing testing times according to a new report from a public spending watchdog.

Audit Scotland says the education sector's financial situation has worsened.

The Scottish government says the reform of colleges has brought results but opponents claim the government has treated colleges "with contempt".
