This fellow kindly stepped out of the way to allow the Cumbernauld and Kilsyth cycling group to make their way around the Applecross Peninsula in Wester Ross.

Andrew Kindness and his girlfriend were in Aberdeen enjoying a break when she took this picture during a walk at Cruden Bay. The couple, from Dunblane, said it was the perfect way to relax after completing a half marathon.
