Council digger breaks Rouken Glen park's frozen lake

East Renfrewshire council workers are brought in to break up the frozen lake at Rouken Glen park.

The watery feature at the popular south of Glasgow leisure attraction iced over during the current freeze, attracting walkers on to it.

But on Thursday afternoon a digger was used to crack the icy edges and stop park goers from venturing off the path and on to the hard surface.
