Heavy rains cause floods across parts of Scotland

Torrential rain has led to flooding and hit road users and rail services across parts of Scotland.

The Met Office has issued a yellow "be aware" warning, external for heavy rain for areas of southern, central and eastern Scotland.

The rains have affected driving conditions in and around Edinburgh and in parts of Perthshire.
