Kate Forbes outlines bid to become Scotland’s first minister

Scotland’s Finance Secretary Kate Forbes has outlined her bid to become the SNP's next leader and first minister.

Speaking to the BBC, Ms Forbes said she has the vision, experience and competence to inspire voters.

Nicola Sturgeon announced her intention to stand down as first minister and leader of the SNP last week.
