Teenager charged with murdering man in Castlemilk

Police said the death of Ryan Willcox had been an upsetting incident for the community in Castlemilk
A teenager has been charged with murdering a man in Glasgow.
Police were called to Stravanan Road in Castlemilk at about 16:30 on Friday following reports of a man with serious injuries.
Ryan Willcox, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene - his next of kin has been made aware.
An 18-year-old is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday. Police said a murder inquiry was ongoing.
Det Insp Stuart Gillies said: "We believe this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the wider community.
"We have a dedicated team of officers working on this investigation and extensive enquiries are ongoing at this time.
"I understand that this is an upsetting incident for the local community and I would urge anyone with concerns to speak to one of our officers."
