Could orange buses return to Glasgow's streets?
Campaigners have said Glasgow's economy's lags behind European rivals because of problems with its transport network.
A report by the Centre for Cities think tank, in partnership with the Get Glasgow Moving campaign, has called for the city's buses to be brought back into public ownership.
It says a franchise model across Strathclyde would see a public transport body like SPT take over and use the most popular routes to help pay for those used by fewer passengers.
SPT has said there is a case for change and it is looking at options.
