Waterspout filmed off the Isle of Arran

A waterspout - which is similar to a tornado, but formed over a body of water - has been filmed off the coast of the Isle of Arran.

The weather event was seen at Corrie on the island on Wednesday afternoon.

Waterspouts can be seen in coastal areas around the UK, but are relatively rare.
