Minister blames £11,000 iPad roaming bill on outdated SIM card

Scotland's health secretary says an outdated SIM card was to blame for £11,000 in roaming charges built up on his iPad.

Michael Matheson MSP ran up the bill on his parliamentary iPad during a holiday to Morocco.

He said he was not aware the SIM card was due to be replaced and the cost built up as a result.
