Teenager charged with urinating on war memorial in Fife

A teenager has been charged with urinating on a war memorial in Fife.
The 14-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the anti-social behaviour at the memorial in Monastery Street in Dunfermline.
Police Scotland said inquiries were on-going to trace other people involved in the incident on Friday 10 March.
A report will be submitted to the children's reporter.
