Family tribute to man who died after Edinburgh wall crash

Dylan Clack died after colliding with a wall in Edinburgh late on Saturday night.

Police have named a man who died after his car crashed into a wall in Edinburgh.

Dylan Clack, 29, was driving a silver Volkswagen Tiguan when it it left Corstorphine Road at its junction with Balgreen Road.

Mr Clack was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident, which happened at about 23:50 on Saturday.

His 17-year-old male passenger was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

The teenager's condition is described as serious but stable.

In a statement Mr Clack's family said: "Dylan, known as Dizzy, was a beloved son, brother, father, grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend.

"He will be sadly missed by all of us. Dylan will be remembered for his big smile."

Sgt Louise Birrell said: "Our thoughts remain with Dylan's family and friends at what is a very difficult time for them."
