Firefighters have been tackling a fire at a railway station in South Ayrshire.
Services were suspended at Troon Station with social media images showing part of the building collapsing.
The fire service was called out about 12:40, and sent five fire engines and an aerial appliance to the scene on Barassie Street.
Crews were met with a well-developed fire in the station ticket office which had spread to the roof space.
A nearby hairdressers and café have also been damaged.
Firefighters said the blaze has now been brought under control, but emergency services remain at the scene and a cordon is in place.
Police Scotland are also in attendance while Network Rail have been made aware of the fire.
ScotRail said both lines through Troon were closed for safety reasons and would remain so until at least the end of service on Sunday 18 July.
It said it was forced to cut the power to overhead lines to allow firefighters to tackle the blaze, which "took out a large area and affected other routes' power supply".
In a post on Twitter the train operator said, external that trains through the station have been cancelled, delayed or revised. For some routes, replacement bus services were arranged.
The fire has caused major disruption in the seaside town, which was busier than usual with Saturday's sunny weather meaning many people had travelled to the seaside town to go to the beach to enjoy one of the hottest days of the year so far.
