Man charged over HGV crash that killed cyclist in Glasgow

Emma Newman died in the crash on 27 January this year
A man has been charged over a crash which resulted in the death of a cyclist.
Emma Burke Newman, 22, from Paris was cycling on Broomielaw in Glasgow when the crash involving an HGV happened at about 10:10 on 27 January.
She was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
Police Scotland said a 69-year-old man had been charged and will be the subject of a report to the procurator fiscal.
