A freezers manufacturer that employs about 100 staff has gone into liquidation.
Icetech Freezers in Castletown in Caithness describes itself as the last UK maker of household refrigeration appliances.
David Hunter of chartered accountants Campbell Dallas has been appointed provisional liquidator.
The firm was formerly known as Norfrost before it was bought out of administration in 2005.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise had invested more than £1.5m in Norfrost before it collapsed.
According to Icetech Freezers' website, the business was producing 160,000 appliances a year at its Castletown site.
Since the launch of the original company 40 years ago, the firm has built and sold about 10 million products.
