Fresh plans have been submitted for a micro brewery in Inverness.

The owners of the Glen Mhor Hotel on the city's riverside were refused planning permission for the multi-million pound development last year.

Highland councillors were concerned about the proposed scale of the project, as well as other issues including parking.

The applicants Jon and Victoria Erasmus said the new application addressed the councillors' concerns.

The scheme was unanimously rejected by the south planning committee following a site visit in October.

The Erasmus family want to demolish a bar to incorporate the brewery as part of the Victorian Glen Mhor Hotel.
