A Scottish premier league football club has scored on social media with a picture of a sombrero-wearing pony.
Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC posted the photograph with the message: "Ahead of our European campaign next season, delighted to announce our new signing Neigh-mar".
The pun is a reference to Brazilian footballer Neymar.
Neigh-mar's real name is Indy, a 16-year-old Miniature Shetland owned by the club accountant's daughter.
Caley Thistle won its place in Europe after securing third spot in the premier league.
The club's message and picture on Twitter has been shared more than 1,000 times and has been marked as a "favourite" more than 820 times so far.
Following Caley Thistle's tweet, football fans have been tweeting other equestrian-related puns including Luca Poni, after the Italian World Cup star Luca Toni, and "line all Messi? (Lionel Messi) after Indy's appearance in the goals.
Later this month, Inverness will take on Falkirk in the Scottish Cup Final at Hampden in Glasgow.
