Missing Lanarkshire man Tom Brown's rucksack found

Mr Brown is thought to have left his home on 1 July before checking into a youth hostel the following day

A rucksack belonging to a Lanarkshire man who was reported missing from his home more than a week ago has been found in Lochaber.

Tom Brown, 65, was last seen leaving his home on 1 July and was believed to have checked into Glen Nevis Youth Hostel at 17:30 the following day.

His rucksack and contents were found less than a mile east of Steall Falls in the Glen Nevis area.

Mr Brown is 5ft 10in and has grey/brown hair.
