'Significant failure' shuts new Noss Primary in Wick

Noss Primary School opened to pupils in April
A £15.4m school in Caithness has been closed because of a failure in its heating system just weeks after opening to pupils.
Highland Council said the problem had caused "significant water damage" to part of Noss Primary in Wick and the building has no heating or hot water.
The school opened to pupils in April and replaced Wick's North and Hillhead primary schools.
Highland Council said the primary would remain closed on Wednesday.
Director of care and learning, Bill Alexander, said: "Naturally everyone is very disappointed, as things had been running particularly well at the new school."
The completion of the school was also hit by a problem.
An issue during the erection of timber frames delayed the handover of the building from the construction company to the council from December 2015 to March this year.
