Plans for 13-turbine wind farm near Loch Ness refused

The Scottish government has thrown out plans for a 13-turbine wind farm in Glenurquhart near Loch Ness on the recommendation of a planning official.
Highland councillors refused permission for the Cnoc an Eas scheme last May
Developers Force 9 Energy and EDF Energy Renewables appealed against that decision.
But a planning reporter appointed by the government to consider the project has said the scheme would have a "significant visual impact".
