Men charged with Fort William attempted murder

Two men have been charged in connection with an attempted murder in Fort William.

The incident happened at about 02:20 on 13 October at Young Place in the Plantation area of the town.

A 26-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment following the incident.

Police Scotland said the two men, aged 41 and 20, were expected to appear at Fort William Sheriff Court at a later date.
