Heroin with an estimated street value of £100,000 has been seized at Aberdeen railway station, police have said.
A 37-year-old man from Liverpool is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Monday in connection with Friday's seizure.
The drugs were discovered as part of Operation Shield.
Det Insp Alex Dowall said: "This significant seizure of class 'A' controlled drugs was destined for our streets.
"We will continue to target organised crime groups from outwith the area who traffick controlled drugs into the Grampian region."
