Helicopter crash victim Leslie Taylor's son Joel in court battle

The teenage son of one of the 16 men who died in a North Sea helicopter crash is locked in a court battle over compensation, BBC Scotland has learned.
All 14 passengers and two crew on board lost their lives on 1 April, 2009, when the Super Puma came down.
Fifteen-year-old Joel Taylor - Leslie Taylor's son - is the last of the relatives of the 14 passengers to settle for damages.
A writ was served at the Court of Session in Edinburgh on Thursday.
His legal team claims the amount he has been offered is too low, and wants the courts to decide.
Damages are being sought from operators Bond Offshore and from KCA Deutag, Mr Taylor's employers.
Bond said it would continue to work towards a fair solution.
KCA Deutag said it did not want to comment at this stage.
Eight of the victims came from the north east of Scotland - Mr Taylor was from Kintore - and seven from the rest of the UK. One was from Latvia.
