Billy Connolly's Candacraig mansion up for sale

Scottish comedian Billy Connolly's mansion in Aberdeenshire has been put up for sale, external.
Candacraig House, in Strathdon, has been his base while many celebrity friends visited the annual Lonach Gathering.
Offers over £2m are being sought.
Connolly's patronage of the Highland games has seen crowds flock to the area to see the famous faces, which have have included Robin Williams, Ewan McGregor and Sean Connery.
Selling agents Savills describe Candacraig House as a 12-bedroom and 11-bathroom "beautiful Scottish mansion house with stunning Highland setting", also featuring four reception rooms and a walled garden.
The company website says: "Strathdon has a well established place on the Highland games circuit, with the Lonach Gathering being one of the most famous games in Scotland.
"The Lonach Highlanders originate in Strathdon and their march through the glen in full highland garb is one of the most colourful occasions in the highland calendar.
"The present owners host the Highlanders at Candacraig House on the morning of the games."
