A woman who tried to run her husband and his father over with a camper van in Moray after a row on television's Jeremy Kyle Show has avoided jail.
Lorna and Michael Tulloch had tried to resolve their differences on the show.
However, she admitted later assaulting Gordon Tulloch, 77, to his severe injury and the danger of his life at Glenburgie Distillery. She then drove the van straight at her husband.
Tulloch, 43, from Forres, was told to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work.
The incident happened in August last year, after the television recording the previous month.
Tulloch, who had also stabbed her father-in-law, was originally charged with attempted murder.
Reports said it appeared Tulloch had suffered "physical and psychological abuse throughout her marriage".
Lord Jones, at the High Court in Glasgow, told her that in other circumstances he would have jailed the first offender.
The judge said: "I do not believe that you are a danger to the public or likely to re-offend.
"No good purpose would be served by sending you to prison."
He said Tulloch should carry out unpaid work as part of a community payback order.
She must also attend appointments with medical professionals to improve her mental health.
Tulloch had previously admitted the offences at the High Court in Inverness.
