Legal threat over Robert Gordon University 'strike pay' in Aberdeen
- Published
A union is threatening legal action against Aberdeen's Robert Gordon University (RGU) if it docks staff a full day of pay for taking part in a two-hour strike.
The ongoing industrial action relates to a national dispute over pay.
The Universities and Colleges Union (UCU) said members at RGU had received letters warning them what would happen.
Robert Gordon University confirmed partial performance on any strike day would cost a full day of pay.
