Dozens of workers were taken off two North Sea platforms after a loss of power.

Marathon Oil said the "power outage" happened in the Brae field, 155 miles north east of Aberdeen, on Monday.

A total of 75 non-essential personnel from the Brae Alpha and Brae Bravo platforms were transferred onshore.
