Plans for new 600-home Blackdog project lodged with Aberdeenshire Council

Plans for 600 homes as well as businesses north of Aberdeen have been unveiled.
Ashfield Land and Kirkwood Homes have lodged the £150m application with Aberdeenshire Council for the site at Blackdog.
The plans - also including shops, a hotel, cinema and primary school - will now go to public consultation.
It is estimated the project could create 1,200 jobs during construction and 1,500 full-time jobs longer term.
The site is near the new Aberdeen bypass.
