Unexplained death of woman in Alford being investigated

The unexplained death of a woman in Aberdeenshire is being investigated by police.
The woman's body was discovered at a property on Leslie Crescent in Alford at about 15:45 on Monday.
Police Scotland said in a statement: "The death is currently being treated as unexplained, pending further inquiries."
The force said that a report would be submitted to the procurator fiscal in due course.
