Two arrested after man and woman hurt in Lossiemouth disturbance

Police were called to a home at St Margaret's Crescent on Tuesday.

Two men have been arrested in connection with a disturbance in Moray that left two people needing hospital treatment.

Police said the alarm was raised in St Margaret's Crescent, Lossiemouth, just after 22:00 on Tuesday.

A 36-year-old man and a 52 year-old woman were both taken to hospital.

Officers confirmed a 28-year-old man and a 36-year-old man have been arrested in connection with the incident.

A force spokesperson said inquiries were in progress.
