Sturgeon: New Scotland power plans 'don't go far enough'

Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, has accused the government of significantly "watering down" its promise to give new powers to the Scottish Parliament.

The SNP leader told the BBC that key proposals set by the Smith Commission on welfare, employment support, and borrowing do not go far enough.

However, David Cameron said Westminster ministers had kept their promise to strengthen Holyrood.
