Woman arrested over fatal crash near Kelso

A woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal crash in the Borders in November last year.

Janette Davidson, 72, of Kelso, died at the scene of the collision between a Kia Venga and Mercedes GLE 300 on the B6397 near the town.

A short statement from Police Scotland said a 46-year-old woman had been arrested and charged.

It added that she had been released and was expected to appear in court at a later date.
