Amy Macdonald will perform with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra at the concert

Scottish singer Amy Macdonald is the latest act to be added to the line-up for the 2014 Ryder Cup Gala Concert.

Amy, who starred in the Glasgow 2014 opening ceremony, will perform a one-off collaboration with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO).

The USA and Europe teams will be at the concert at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow on 24 September during the golf tournament at Gleneagles.

Other acts set to perform include Jake Bugg, Texas and Midge Ure.

The golf competition runs from 23 to 28 September.
