Body found in search for missing T in the Park man

The body of a man has been found in Perthshire during the search for 29-year-old James Richardson who went missing following T in the Park.

The discovery was made on Tuesday morning in the Forteviot area.

The death is currently being treated as unexplained.

Police want to talk to anyone who may have seen a man wearing a grey jacket, red shorts and black boots in the area between 14:15 on Monday and 09:15 on Tuesday.

Mr Richardson was said to have been due back home in Wishaw, North Lanarkshire, on Monday night.

His family have been informed of the discovery.
