Police investigate fire at former Strathmartine Hospital

Police are investigating a fire that broke out at a derelict former hospital in Dundee.

Three fire engines were called to the blaze at the former Strathmartine Hospital building at about 15:50 on Sunday.

The fire, which started on the first floor of the building, was extinguished by 17:00.

The building has been repeatedly targeted by vandals, and was severely damaged by fire in April 2015.
