The Dundee stadium was broken into overnight
Police are investigating after damage was caused to Dundee United's football stadium during a late night break-in.
The incident at Tannadice Park was reported to police at 00:20 on Sunday.
A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed inquiries were ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident.
The club last played at the ground on Friday evening where they won 3-0 against Partick Thistle.
