The brother-in-law of First Minister Humza Yousaf has appeared in court accused of drug offences.

Prosecutors allege Ramsay El-Nakla, who is the brother of Mr Yousaf's wife Nadia, was concerned in the supply of heroin at an address in Dundee.

Mr El-Nakla, 36, appeared in private at Dundee Sheriff Court with co-accused Stephen Stewart, 50, and Victoria McGowan, 41.

All three are also accused of possessing cocaine and cannabis.

Ms McGowan is also accused of breaching bail.

The alleged offences are said to have taken place at an address in the city's Balmoral Gardens on 11 January.
