Two men have denied murdering Cardiff teenager Aamir Siddiqi and attempting to murder his parents.
Aamir, 17, from the Roath area of the city, was stabbed to death after opening his front door to two men on 11 April.
His father Iqbal, 68, and mother Parveen, 55, also suffered serious stab wounds in the incident.
A judge at Merthyr Crown Court remanded Ben Hope, 36, and Jason Richards, 35, both of Cardiff, into custody.
They appeared in separate hearings at the court.
