Warning over icy road conditions

Forecasters have warned of widespread ice as the worst of the wintry weather begins to ease across Wales on Sunday.
Two people had to be rescued from an overturned gritter lorry on Monmouth's Dry Bridge to Osbaston road on Saturday at 15:59 GMT. They were not hurt.
There are reports of hazardous driving conditions on roads in south Wales.
Cardiff Airport has received three long-haul inbound flights diverted from London's Heathrow where a third of flights have been cancelled.
Passengers on British Airways' 747s from Hong Kong, Mumbai and New York were then taken to London by road on Sunday morning.
Four flights due into Birmingham and East Midlands airports on Saturday night were also diverted to Cardiff.
Across Wales, forecasters say it will not feel as cold as recently with temperatures up to 8C (46F).
On Saturday evening a team of 25 mountain rescuers spent four hours searching for a young Cardiff couple who were reported overdue at 19:00 GMT after going walking in Blaencwm in the Brecon Beacons.
Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team said the pair were eventually found on a fire road, becoming lost after trying to navigate using a smart phone.
Also on Saturday, two adults and a child needed hospital treatment after a one-vehicle accident on the A470 between Upper Boat and Glyntaff, Rhondda Cynon Taff, at 16:58 GMT.
Disruption
The adults were freed using cutting equipment. All three were all taken to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital.
Across Britain, transport has been hit as snowfalls of up to 16cm (6in) has caused disruption to transport, with motorists warned to be aware of ice.
Traffic Wales reported difficult driving conditions on some roads in Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil and Swansea due to snow and ice which started to cause difficult driving conditions on Saturday in the Brecon Beacons and heads of the valleys roads.
A coach skidded on ice and blocked the road through Bedlinog, Merthyr, on Sunday morning. No-one was hurt.
A number of weekend sports fixtures have also been affected by the wintry conditions.
Horse racing at Ffos Las was abandoned due to frost, despite covers on the track on Friday night.
In rugby, Saturday's matches at Aberavon, Cardiff, Llandovery, Pontypridd and Tonmawr were early victims.
Welsh Premier football matches at Bala and Newtown were called off as was Newport County's FA Trophy tie with Carshalton and Colwyn Bay's Conference North match.
