Cash plans firm Guardian Wealth Management opens new HQ

A firm offering international financial advice is opening a new head office at Llantrisant, Rhondda Cynon Taf.
Guardian Wealth Management, which has £850,000 from the Welsh government, said it hopes to create up 60 jobs and more than 100 in three years' time.
The firm said it wants to address the growing financial planning requirements of the Islamic community.
Chief executive David Howell said: "Wales provides excellent training in this field."
The firm's range of offices worldwide include Switzerland, Dubai, Frankfurt and Hong Kong.
Business Minister Edwina Hart said: "Attracting head office functions to Wales is a key priority for us.
"Guardian Wealth Management will be creating a significant number of highly skilled, well-paid jobs and is a welcome addition to one of our key sectors.
"Wales is home to a dynamic and fast-growing financial and professional services sector and it is great news that Guardian Wealth Management has chosen Wales over all other possible locations for its new headquarters."
