'Without my carer I'd be alone'
Older people in Wales are missing out on the essential services they need to recover after a stay in hospital because of confusion around what help councils should be providing according to a report by older people's charity WRVS.
It wants local authorities to provide services that allow people to live independent lives when they get home after treatment.
The report said there are inconsistencies in the services delivered by local authorities and health boards.
Jordan Davies spoke to one woman who has benefited from visits from carers from the charity WRVS.
